These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the recipient. Beserk has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost, as they vary depending on the contents of your order and local regulations.

By placing an order for delivery to the U.S., you acknowledge and accept that any such charges incurred are not included in your order total and may be billed separately by the delivery carrier or customs authority.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All import taxes, brokerage fees & duties are payable by the customer. Beserk does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, please contact your countries customs department to find the information on importing from Australia. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance, Beserk will provide a full refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to the Beserk warehouse.

All Orders are sent with full tracking so you can see where your order is at all times. To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, please provide any special delivery instructions in the comments when placing your order. Orders are collected at 11am & 2pm daily. You will receive an email with a tracking link between 3-4pm when your order is completed in our system, simply click the link and it will take you to the tracking information or copy and paste the tracking number into the Australia Post HERE

PLEASE NOTE: 
 During and immediately following sale periods, we cannot guarantee same day dispatch. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. 
 We are unable to provide credits, refunds or replacements for stolen parcels where "Signature on Delivery" is not selected. 

We cannot reimburse the shipping cost for orders that are Returned to Sender due to being unclaimed, an incorrect address or other reason that is not the result of an error on the part of Beserk or the nominated courier.
